Hi! I’m Becky Jensen. I live in Clovis, California. My wonderful husband, Phillip and I were married on February 9, 2002. Our daughter Aubrey was born on March 19, 2004, and our son Daniel was born on February 22, 2007, and now we are expecting our third child to be born in April, 2011!
I grew up in Fresno and I have been a Christian since 1997. I found my real relationship with Jesus on a back porch on a cold winter’s night in Winter Park, Colorado and it has been Him ever since. My adventure began there and it has lead back to my home of Fresno where God’s provision has become the theme of my life. He brought me to a church, where I met my future husband and in-laws.
Phillip loves his job with the state and I love my job with the Ministry. Aubrey is now in First Grade and she loves it! Daniel is growing and developing as young boys do. He is so different than Aubrey was at this age, he keeps me on my toes! It is difficult to explain where we are at in our lives right now, so many things are changing--even day to day. We are just trying to wait on God and trust Him for everything. We are so grateful for our family and church family, they have been so good to us and our children. They are true gifts from God and it is so neat to see God's love through another person. We eagerly anticipate what God has in store for us in this new year.
I work in the Abba's Heart Ministries office on Tuesdays with the CD ministry, and on Fridays I work at the Revival Center getting everything ready for the service in the evening.
We met Sandi when she started doing revival services at our church. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to work at Abba’s Heart Ministries. This is just another manifestation of God’s provision in my life. God, in His faithfulness, put me on Sandi’s heart for this position and so here I am! Our little family went through a transition when I quit my full time job to take care of Aubrey and Daniel. Working at Abba’s Heart Ministries part time allows me to supplement our income and still spend the majority of my time with the babies. We trust that God will honor and bless us as long as we are obedient to Him, so that is how we will try to continue to live our lives and that includes me working here until He tells me otherwise.
