We went over after the service on Sunday and wrote verses on the boards and the floor.  This building is dedicated to Jesus!

Escrow is closed!  We own the building and interior construction can begin.

The Escrow papers have been signed and construction should be complete by December in the new building.  Seek the Lord for your portion of finance in this.  We have secured a 1.1 million dollar loan and need $23,000 to close the escrow.  The Lord said to move forward and He would provide, so we wait and watch Him move on His own behalf.  Thanks for your prayers and part.

We meet with the contractor the week of June 9th to discuss light placement and sound tech preferences.  Plans have been approved and will have a proposed "finish date"  soon.

November 30, 2007

Things are moving forward on the Villa Avenue property in Clovis.  The building capacity is larger than the county originally anticipated, (450, compared to our 300 now) so the plans had to go back for more bathroom stalls (we know you are happy about that!), so we wait.  We are happy to wait.  The crosses have been designed and everything seems to be ready to be finished... we just need to start on the interior build outs.  We have the down payment set aside and the appraisal fees have been paid.  Now, we just quietly collect for the finish items while we wait for the next step.  2008 is a big year, so we expect big things for the Glory of God.  We are waiting with Jesus, so it's not hard to do!
